Lambrusco experience: from the vineyard to your glass
Wine lovers can enjoy a visit to a family-run winery, which produces Lambrusco using both traditional techniques and innovative technologies. Tourists will taste the finest local wines and walk through the vineyard enjoying the true colors and the aroma of Mantua’s traditional grape.
During February / March and mid-September tourists can participate in the farm teaching with direct experience in pruning and harvesting by hand. The processing periods are subject to seasonality

Visit of the winery and vineyard with tasting of wines accompanied by local products and cheese. The duration of the visit is about 2 hours
Have you ever seen how Ricotta cheese is made? If you want to know how this typical Italian cheese is produced, let’s visit in Mantuan Oltrepo a little family-run dairy which uses fresh milk from cows in the wild state. It obtains selected and unique products, characterized by the genuine taste and the freshness of home-made cheese. There you can attend “ricotta” cheese production live and appreciate its tasting.

Would you like to learn how to make pasta? Let’s partecipate in the lessons organized in a holiday farm in Mantua’s neighbourhood, where they will teach you some recipes handed down by grandmothers. There you could literally put your hands in dough: agnoli (typical pasta filled with meat), mantuan tortelli filled with pumpkin and tagliatelle (long egg pasta) will have no more secrets for you. Than you can enjoy what you have prepared before.
